Section IV Maintenance of Membership All affiliated locals shall pay Per Capita Tax on such membership as prescribed in Article X, Section II, page 16, every thirty (30) days. Per Capita shall be paid by ACH (automatic withdrawal from the Local’s financial institution) on, or about, the 12th of each month. Each local shall file an ACH form allowing the PFFALA to withdraw the funds, signed by the current Local President and Secretary Treasurer. The Secretary Treasurer of the PFFALA will be in possession of these forms as proof of two signature permission from the Local. Members who fail to make all payments due this Association as prescribed above by the last day of the month following the due month will be given a notice by registered mail that they are delinquent. The President and Secretary-Treasurer may, under special circumstances, waive these provisions
